About the Author

Sandra lives with her husband, Denny, in Midland, Michigan. They have 6 grown children and 12 grandchildren. The thirteenth grandchild will be on the way from China, soon. Some of these poems came from the trials of Sandra’s own life and others came from what she has observed in life. Sandra lost her first husband John to cancer at only 53 yrs. old, her mother and grandmother to cancer, and her father from heart disease. Along with these and many other trials, she has come to rely on God to get her through the trials of her life. Many times there were and still are questions and she continues to go to the Lord for those answers.
